The property was well-organised and beautifully kept. the breakfast offered a variety of good, freshly cooked food. - the hotel's location adjacent to the city center, Israeli market, bus station, and Jerusalem's main artery was convenient. - I was happy to discover Ima nearby, serving nice food. - All the services provided were excellent.

It is just a short walk away from the train station and the Jerusalem Light Rail bus, making it very convenient for getting around. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the center of the city, the central bus stop, and the Yaps market. We could easily walk to the markets which were only 10 to 15 minutes away. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great variety of food choices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the two complementary fact offered by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the tram station which allowed us to travel with ease and explore different parts of the city. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the hotel bar which was a lovely bonus.

There were a few aspects that we were not happy with during our stay. We found that the rooms were a bit outdated and not properly cleaned.
